Dr. Chu Judy Zhuang is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Division of General Internal Medicine & Health Services Research at UCLA. She is a health services researcher who conducts research at the nexus of social determinants of health, adolescent mental health and health policy. Currently during her postdoctoral training, she is examining the structural determinants on access to care among youth and adolescents with behavioral health conditions. Previously, she worked as a Research Fellow at Association of American Medical Colleges Division of Health Workforce. She obtained her PhD in Health Services Research from University of Maryland, College Park in 2025. She obtained her M.H.S in Health Economics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington-Seattle.
